No minutes from previous meeting due to secretary’s absence
TREASURERS Report
Balance remains $49.28 in bank account at First Security. Still no access to the cash app or is its balance, if any, known.
Open comments
Welcome visitors, all visitors paid the minimum of $10 to become BCLP membership because they didn’t meet any of the other membership requirements listed in the current bylaws with $70 collected in cash and given to treasurer.
Discussion of what had to be reported while not an official party vs now official party.
Mention of court case won by LP.
Old business
Trash Pick up set for 2/7 @ 9am
Quarterly
Meeting location at the Mercy clinic near NWACC
Plenty of trash bags still on hand, high visibility vests provided, new sticks ordered.
Theme: Red (previous themes inflatable dino, 80’s)
With discussion of also having signs out while collecting trash

Future meetings will be first Tuesday at 5:45 pm at Grub’s in Rogers
Election of new officers for 2026-2028
Secretary – Nomination for Miranda Corwin by Micheal Kalagias and 2nd from Bobby Wilson (she accepted potential nomination via text before meeting) Vote results - Unanimously in favor of Miranda. None in favor of None of the above (NOTA)
Treasurer – Nomination for Bobby Wilson by Micheal Kalagias with 2nd by Larry Rambeaux Nomination accepted. Vote results - Unanimously in favor of Bobby. None in favor NOTA
Vice Chair – Nomination for Michael Kalagias by Bobby Wilson, 2nd by Larry Rambeuax. Also, nomination for Cody Martin. Cody was not present at the meeting and had no acceptance indicated previously. Vote results - Unanimously in favor of Micheal. None in favor NOTA
Chair – Nomination for Trina Rambeaux by Michael Kalagais, 2nd Bobby Wilson. Nomination accepted and members recognized Michael Kalagais as temporary chair for voting. Vote results - Unanimously in favor of Trina. None in favor NOTA
Announcements
Michael Kalagais is running for governor.
Jeff Wadlin is running for US Senate.
Libertarian Governor’s debate date scheduled for 2/12/26 uncertain how it will be aired - publicly or privately and how it will be able to be viewed. This debate is usually done during convention but was proposed by state leadership to be had before convention.
Civil Discourse in a Fractured America Forum by Dr Phil Fletcher on 2/17/26.
State Convention 2/21-2/22 in Little Rock with social time out on 2/20.
Discussion on number of uncontested races in the state of Arkansas.
National Convention Grand Rapids, MI Memorial Day weekend. Michael Kalagais and Trina Rambeaux are up for election to be 2 of 8 state delegates and alternates to be voted on.
